We all know this great character, from the Greek mythology, and it has also appeared many times in different representations on different tattoos. He’s the god of the thunder and the sky. When he was born he was almost eaten by his father Cronus. He was the last of his brothers and sisters to be born, and they had been already eaten by their father.
When Zeus was born his mother saved him and he grow up to serve his family. One day he rebelled and poisoned his father who vomited all his brothers and sisters. After this success he became the god of gods, the centre of it all.
This tattoo is a homage to Zeus, being the king of gods, representing strength and power, also the passion of my costumer to different cultures and travelling.
